Objectives:
To deliver and support quality performance on service and products across the country and to control warranty costs in order to deliver a simple outstanding consumer experience.
 
Key Operational Responsibilities:
• To deploy the technical training program across the ISPs
• Control the warranty costs
• Approve/Reject warranty claims
• Develop/Implement/Updated quality, safety and warranty mngt tools, database and processes
• Develop quality assurance plans, based on root cause analysis
• Support new product launches providing and creating all technical information like, but no limited, as spares exploded views and service bulletins
• To represent consumer service teams within product development projects in order to guarantee the proper serviceability, field tests, quality requirements and on time launches

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree preferred in Engineering(electrical and/or mechanical), Industrial Engineering or quality management
• Technical knowledge on white goods products/industry
• Five years’ experience in similar roles
