The person in this position will be responsible for analyzing, understanding, proposing and implementing actions based on market, competitors and profitability information, with the sole purpose of establishing a sustainable and profitable growth.
It will be responsible for landing product strategies into a go to market strategy by providing the local category manager with decision alternatives based on pre-analyzed scenarios, with a strong commitment
to deliver the jobs in the right time.

  • Develop and update critical reports to the category;
  • Prepare business review presentations;
  • Track product price execution on multiples sales channels;
  • Analyze product distribution, floor share and sell out performance;
  • Analyze category financial result by product;
  • Support on portfolio management process;
  • Support on the development of new project Business Cases & strategy;
  • Act as focal point for R&D and Design discussions;
  • Conduct analyzes of the product line (Electrolux) related to its category;
  • Prepare analysis reports of market volume, price positioning, distribution, volume, competition
    actions, cost and profitability of the product line;
  • Conduct Consumer Research Briefing (competing product information survey, history of previous
    research results);
  • Contribute to the preparation of information on the characteristics and benefits of products for
    the preparation of communication materials;
  • Participate in clinics and suggest improvements in products;
  • Analyze the Market and competitors regarding their category of products (Distribution, floor
    space, price, launches, communication);
  • Perform presentation of product launches for internal and external customers;
  • Provide support for the training area - technical (elaboration of e-learning, handouts, etc);
  • Interface with sector line in the development of new projects;
  • Follow the existing category products (Engineering contact for technical improvement and
    POS positioning);
  • Track and update information on the Electrolux website;
  • Contribute to innovation for continuous improvement;
  • Prepare and update Business cases for project meetings;
  • Seek partnerships with companies linked to the product of the category for promotions;
  • Develop Briefings and for new projects for engineering and design;
  • Register new products in the system;
  • Support the definition of: optimal mix, Cluster management, sell in / sell outSupport in category demand planning

Minimum Qualification

  • Graduation: Marketing, Advertisement, Business administration, statistics, economics, engineering, information systems and related;
  • Excel and Power point (advanced);
  • Intermediary English, advanced or fluency is differentiator
  • Spanish basic;
  • Experience in the area of ​​marketing product of a multinational company;
  • Familiarity with demand planning processes;
  • Market Analysis: Consumer behavior & industry trend
  • Retail Knowledge: Development of new products & Pricing formulation
