The Maintenance Technician performs skilled routine machine maintenance work in an industrial setting and other ongoing maintenance throughout manufacturing facility. Use hand and power tools in repair, machine alteration and any other facility work as directed by supervisor. Ensures all work sites
are returned to a usable condition at the completion of repair work during production.


Supports and performs planned maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance throughout production

Diagnosing problems with equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts

Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with operations, planners and engineers to maximize efficient productivity

Perform and document procedures and instructions, in compliance with Preventative Maintenance requirements

Properly perform all necessary maintenance tasks to production line(changeovers, component replacement/repair/rebuild/modifications

Ensure quality of work to reduce call backs


High School Diploma required3 plus years’ experience in a Maintenance role in manufacturingProficient in Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point) 

Must have excellent attendance and 3 points or less

Must have no disciplinary action within the last year


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and experience


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate tools
and computer at times.  The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. 
The employee is required to stand throughout most of the workday.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job
