Assistant Account Manager
(Cost plus) Gome Westinghouse project
• Developing business plans, based on a thorough understanding of trade trend, customer requirements and performance
• Implement to hit sales target, and follow trading terms to handle customer bargaining
• Work with GM to develop products plan, and agree launch initiatives and support levels from GM (and/or distributor if approriate)
• Negotiate price that product is bought at by GM, agree specific discount and counter performance
• Developing a productive working relationship with both the key buyers and other customer functions (e.g. supply chain, finance)
• Propose and agree allocation of display space of Cold / Wet/ Hot/Air-con/Water heater for Westinghouse brand.
(Variable) The above-the-line sales management of JD.com
• To coordinate the daily communication between our agent and JD.com, as well as the customer relationship maintenance.
• Relevant above-the-line products, sales, competitor products, campaign analysis and recommendations for JD.com.
• GM Westinghouse new product on-time launch (>90%).
• GM Westinghouse new product by quarter sales achievement.
• Bachelor or above
• 3 years background of sales, sales admin, or product management.
• Home appliance or FMCG industry prefered.
• Proactive, good communication skill, and closely follow-up skill required.
• With working experience of e-commerce company in terms of JD.com will be preferred.
