This position is responsible for maintaining and improving customer service and business performance levels for Electrolux Branded Service in assigned service markets. The Branded Service Manager will maintain work schedules and all activities of the Branded Service Supervisors of the assigned work group. The Branded Service Manager will provide leadership and instruction to the assigned technical work force and will be a presence in the field to support & drive successful operations & high-performing teams.


  • Manage & maintain assigned service markets’ PL
  • Maintain productivity levels of the overall service organization
  • Provide performance reviews to Branded Service Supervisors
  • Provide effective feedback and communication with Branded Service Supervisors & field service technicians
  • Coordinate and/or conduct technical and other required topical training for assigned work group
  • Consistently communicate with Branded Service Supervisors, field service technicians and customer service agents via telephone and messaging technology
  • Work with Routing office personnel & Branded Service Supervisors to maintain and adjust daily work schedules of the field service technicians. As well as ensuring service capacity meets or exceeds demand
  • Primary representative of Electrolux Branded Service for the assigned work group and market
  • Develop & maintain relationship with key accounts & EMA Sales representatives
  • Hire and Fire Branded Service Supervisors as required
  • Provide reports to leadership regarding activities & performance of assigned markets.
  • Address any issues that may arise as a result of Branded Service activities
  • Work with Branded Service Managers & Supervisors to identify process improvements & new revenue opportunities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification

  • 10+ years of experience in service industry
  • 5 years in dispatching or work assignment/foreman role
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred

  • Must be comfortable in high stress environment and able to address multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Direct and assign work to Branded Service Supervisors
  • Motivate work crew to achieve performance objectives
  • Maintain high levels of employee morale
  • Ensure that service technician meet EBS standard in all areas
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Able to interpret scheduling and work activity via Gantt Schedule
  • Systems utilized: SAP-CRM, Service Power, and various company web sites
  • Highly skilled in writing, written and verbal communication
  • Must have strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Must be able to manage and measure performance of projects
  • Possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
