Responsible for the strategy development and implementation, leadership and management of all commercial activities of the Home Comfort business. Accountable for ensuring sales & profit targets are met with each segment and customers. Responsible for the development, opening and growth of niche markets, traditional, builders, specialist, retailers and direct to consumers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing the mid/long term strategic plans, translating Electrolux Group and sector strategy into an implementation model that is delivered within the territory
  • Ensure that products are fully compliant with the regulatory requirements
  • Preparation and monitoring of the business calendar (s) account (s) in coordination with the Business
  • Development Manager of the NoLa Cluster
  • Translating sector strategy into a implementation model that is delivered within the territory
  • Determining market share growth targets at levels that are sustainable and in line with group commercial strategy
  • Deliver ongoing profitable growth through commercial innovation and maximizing market share
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of the P&L targets.
  • Create value by optimizing sales performance and ensuring ongoing profitable sales growth in volume and value
  • Evaluating and minimizing commercial risks 
  • Continuously analyze market trends and developments that will maximize the impact of delivering the commercial strategy
  • Ensure correct pricing management and terms & conditions
  • Support profitable development of channels and key accounts
  • Management of a cross functional team whilst working in partnership with other functions in a matrix organization
  • Customer relationship management, bringing the customer into the company

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
  • 5 to 7 years work related experience with similar responsibilities
  • Hands-on individual that works well with various business partners like, but not limited to, logistics, accounting and finance departments
  • Ability to articulate corporate strategy and objectives to motivate top performance.
  • Market knowledge with a commercial focus 
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Skilled time Manager that works well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Goal oriented - effective in driving Operational Performance
  • Must possess outstanding Leadership skills (Business & People Leader)
  • Team Player that works well under pressure and tight deadlines
