Chief Security Officer

We are now looking for an engaging, result driven and experienced leader to join us as Chief Security Officer, a function organizationally belonging to Group Risk Management within our Group Legal function.
In your role as Chief Security Officer, you will lead and coordinate the security work within the Electrolux Group, will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to the Vice President, Group Risk Management.

TYPICAL DAY AT WORK:

• Secure that the Electrolux Group and its entities are compliant with the Group Security Program (Minimum Security Requirement). This include asset protection, access control, protection of our employees etc.
• To inspect our sites when deemed necessary
• Make regular analysis of the world in respect of political risks, special business risks, safety of staff etc.
• Travel security. Constantly assess the risks around the globe and act on information when necessary. Keep the organization informed via regular Electrolux channels when needed. 
• Secure adequate protection of the Group leadership and the Board when deemed necessary.
• Be in contact with proper authorities, embassies, police and foreign departments to gather information on security related matters.
• Handle event security like Board & Management meetings, Annual General meetings and fairs
• Crisis Management is handled in close cooperation with Group Communication. Together with Group Communication, keep the Group Crisis Program up to date and relevant.
• Assist the business on ad hoc basis and work across functions within Electrolux.
 

WHO ARE YOU:

• You are an experienced leader with adequate and documented background in the field of security services. 
• You have worked in an international context with multi-functional teams across cultural borders. 
• Leadership from Crisis Management in large organizations and experience from such events is necessary. 
• You have the ambition and drive to lead and coach your team to reach and exceed set priorities and targets.

Business understanding is an absolute key to be successful in this job as well as high adaptability to change. Further, we believe you have strong social skills and are a skilled communicator. You are expected to communicate well on all levels, both inside the Electrolux Group and with external parties. At times, extensive travel may be required.
