Continuous Improvement Manager CEE
 
Electrolux Major Appliances (EMA) EMEA has launched Continuous Improvement initiative to accelerate overall business improvements through process optimization, culture change and lean methodologies across the entire sector – Europe, Middle East & Africa - in order improve customer/consumer experience with a competitive cost structure. 
The Continuous Improvement Manager within CEE Cluster will be responsible to launch and drive CI projects as well as coach local CI champions.

The principal areas of responsibility for CI Manager are:

• To lead CI projects & deployment across the Cluster
• To implement lean tools and methodologies to achieve the business objectives
• To build local capabilities by deploying all CI training and improvement activities according to defined standards
• To follow-up/track the progress of implementation of CI across the Cluster.
• To work with Central CI team in developing CI within EMEA

In your role, you will be expected to lead functional/cross-functional end-to-end process optimization with high-impact results as well as strong stakeholder management at all levels of the Cluster. 
 
You will report operationally to Cluster GM and functionally to CI Director EMA-EMEA

The projects that CI team is involved in are of high priority for EMA EMEA and consequently puts high requirements on skill level, background, and personality. You are independent/self-sufficient, have a lot of personal drive as well as lead and engage people at all levels of the organization. You are confident with strong social skills and have the ability to maneuver smoothly in the organization.

Candidate needs to prove that s/he has delivered high-impact results in challenging environments in previous positions. 

You have:

• Master Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics 
• Strong commercial mindset
• Strong project/process management skills
• Strong problem solving / analytical skills
• Strong experience in leading/driving people engagement
• Rapport within Cluster and familiarity with Cluster processes/practices and key pain points a plus but not a prerequisite
• Excellent communication and influencing skills 
• A passion for creating & optimizing processes and methodology easy to be implemented
• Ability to work independently and produce results
• English and another local language will be an advantage

Some traveling within CEE region will be required, around 30% per year.
