In Nürnberg befindet sich auf unserem traditionellen Gelände „Auf AEG“ unsere Vertriebs- und Marketingzentrale für Deutschland und Österreich. An die 600 Kollegen/innen kümmern sich von hier aus um die kreative Vermarktung unserer Haushaltsgeräte unter den Marken AEG, Zanussi und mehr. A regular day at work
You establish the standards and processes to accelerate the fast and smooth set-up of Connectivity/Wi-Fi use in our consumers’ different home environments. You drive the development and ongoing use of our connectivity concept and deliver successful plans to grow profit results. Further, you enable the consumer to properly set-up our appliances and apps in an easy way at home. You also identify potential issues and understand our consumers’ reactions and expectations. You will evaluate our customer experience and behaviour when using the app and identify reactions, expectations and ensure satisfaction. Plus, you will train our Service team to support our consumers in the post purchase phase and ensure best-in-class customer service quality. In all above areas, you put specific focus on potential issues related to the weak or no Wi-Fi signal.
•Analytical. You analyse all areas of connectivity and remote operations.
•Focused on service. You analyse and set-up differen ways of remote service diagnostics, execution and Over The Air Software updates (OTA)
•Communicative. You set-up differend kinds of notifications, i.e. push and in-app
•Data driven. You evaluate and analyse the consumer data to get a better understanding of consumer experience – You know a lot about Big Data and Telemetry Data.
•Quality oriented. You control our product and service quality, coordinate quality meetings and monitor the quality of internal and external suppliers
•International. You like to interact in diverse teams.
Education & experience
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or similar
•At least 5 years of experience within in the areas of Consumer services, quality assurance, user experience with profound understanding of market development in appliance conncetivity.
•Fluent in German and English.
