Around 600 colleagues work together in our Marketing & Sales headquarter Germany / Austria „Auf AEG“ in the heart of Nürnberg. All of them take responsibility for creative ideas to ensure best-in-class Sales, Marketing and Service delivery to our customers and end consumers. Connectivity Manager, Nürnberg

You are the process owner for onboarding of and best in class user experience with our connected appliances. You set standards, develop processes and guidelines for our technical service organization and guarantee overall service excellence. This is a chance to shape our service organization and influence the way we work and communicate with our end consumers.

A regular day at work
You enable the end consumer to properly set-up our appliances and apps in an easy way at home. You establish the standards and processes to accelerate fast and smooth set-up of Connectivity/Wi-Fi use in different home environments and constantly evaluate user experience and behaviour to ensure satisfaction. You train our technical service team to support our consumers in the post purchase phase. You control our product and service quality, coordinate quality meetings and monitor the quality of internal and external suppliers. You have a data based overview of all areas of connectivity and remote operations and are an expert in remote service diagnostics, execution and Over The Air Software updates.

You

Education and experience
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar with focus on Telecommunications
• At least 5 years of experience within the areas of service quality assurance or consumer services and user experience
• Experience with Big Data and Telemetry Data analyses
• Project leading know how
• Fluent in German and English
