POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible to serve customer by providing product, spare part and
service information. Resolving consumer enquiries and complaints to ensure consumer
satisfaction and better customer experience. Good initiative to equip with product knowledge and
operation knowledge in order to resolve the consumers’ enquiries professionally.
Always prioritize to deliver satisfactory performance (call answer rate, consumer
satisfaction level, service call avoidance & etc.). Understanding Singapore geographic &
experience in handling Singapore consumers.

JOB.DESCRIPTION

  1. Answer phones professionally and respond to consumers' enquiries (product, service
    & spare part information) & always show interest in customer service. Strong minded to work under pressure.
  2. Any other adhoc or administrative duties as assigned related to customer service
    from time to time. Good organizational commitment and ability to multi-task.
  3. Generate revenue by offering extended warranty, consumable & accessories products to
    consumer.

• Possess SPM/STPM or Diploma/ Degree in any field. • Good verbal and oral communication skills. • Proven customer support experience and passionate in customer service. • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listener. • Able to work under pressure. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • With excellent MS Office, Excel and Work Skill. • Conversant in English and ability to converse in Chinese language an added advantage.
