As part of the Nordic Marketing team, you will be a critical player, leading the way to improving the consumer journey throughout our owned platforms and lead the digitalization together with the team. Your main task is to understand the Nordic consumers, their behavior online and improve conversion throughout the consumer journey. You will plan, execute and follow-up on all SEO/SEM, campaign and web related activities, collaborate with the Nordic marketing team to ensure plans for an optimal consumer journey are in place and instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
• 3+ years of working experience with digital communication and social media
• Proven experience in digital marketing in a brand and consumer-centric organization
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics)
• Social Media native with a solid understanding of social media marketing and measurement
• Fluency in Swedish and English
