 In our Luton office a need has been identified for a Customer Activation Manager to facilitate the activation of brand material, the implementation and localisation of new brand/product messaging with retailer across the UK and Ireland.

A typical day at work

The Customer Activation Manager will work closely with the Online Marketing Manager & Digital Marketing Manager to activate and optimise consumer journey within our key niche categories. Working to facilitate Electrolux’s central content and product activation packs while supporting the localised content / product optimisation plan. 


Your daily activities will contain:

•Manage product placement online, ensuring all products are attributed correctly and appearing in all relevant lister pages and filter options.

•Liaise with the marketing teams to ensure and understand range plans as well as overall performance relative to online performance.

•Present the most appropriate categories throughout customer’s navigation, menus and category pages

•Maintenance of customer’s on-site search, including zero result searches, synonyms, redirects to relevant pages and ensuring high volume searches return appropriate results.

•Regularly check customers sites to ensure accuracy and relevancy of navigation, search and product placement; and identify opportunities for improvement

•Complete weekly reporting, competitor research, category performance and be aware of daily performance. Proactive merchandising decisions are made to meet our KPIs

•Implement trade actions in a timely manner. Working with team members and supporting teams such as marketing to react to shorter term opportunities that arise, maximising the sales opportunity

•Manage online promotions and seasonal changes

 •Attend weekly meetings with innovative ideas and plans to make our homepage stand out against competitors

•Liaise with many teams within the company for delivering merchandised product categories to meet
requirements, building any new categories or re-using existing category urls wherever possible.

 •Use category knowledge and understanding to present the most appropriate facets/filters within new
categories, to aid product selection throughout the site to ensure the customer experience is at its best

Experience
   
- Minimum 1-2 years of Marketing experience

-Experience in digital marketing is preferred

-Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently  

-Good organization and planning skills
