Mission
Thi role is responsible for facilitating the development of Sales team by managing the orders in-take process for professional products from customers and by communicating closely with both sale representatives and logistics team.
And play a role of a contact window taking care of various inquiries through
phone.

Key Operational Responsibilities
(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)
-To obtain orders of professional products incl. detergents and spare parts from
customers by telephone/FAX or from the company's sales representatives located
in the Tokyo, Sendai, Nagoya ,Osaka, Hiroshima and Fukuoka sales offices;

-To transmit such orders to the purchasing and logistics representative, who
will check the inventory status and place necessary orders to the logistics
headquarters in Sweden,

-To prepare and maintain detailed records of received orders,

-To ensure that all received orders are correctly processed and are reported to the
sales representatives, who are taking care of the customers who placed the
respective orders,

-To communicate closely and timely with sales representatives so that they may
keep the customers informed of delivery plan and actual delivery status of the
ordered products,

-To maintain a good communication and a good relationship both with sales
representatives and the purchasing and logistics representative,

-To maintain a good communication with customers, whether addressing their
requests, inquiries or simply sending product manual and catalogues.

- To input data, such as client information etc.

 
 




Minimum Qualification

Competences needed (Education / Experience / Skills /Competencies / Languages)

Education :High-school graduate

Technical Skills :

 -PC skills at business level for Word and Excel applications.

Preferred Career Experience :

Minimum 2-year experience in a sales support 
job-role, including order-taking by telephone, order processing by
computer, and internal and external daily business communication in oral and
written manner,

Soft Competencies :
Willingness to adapt/challenge to changes
Team  player Balanced, flexible personality in terms of effective and favorable communication
internally and externally

Language:  Japanese native or equivalent
