Customer service specialist (Bucharest)

The objective is to meet customers’ needs in customer service and order management

Main responsibilities:
• Process in SAP different types of orders for replenishment, consignment, EDI orders, B2B orders, stock transfer orders; manage back orders; 
• Prepare sales reports from and available stock reports;
• Issue different type of Credit Notes ( e.g. price corrections, commercial returns, consumer returns refusals and returns due to damage, wrong deliveries etc);
• Booking unloading slots on Logistics platforms (websites) for allocated customers;
• Check availability of products and  communicate with Demand Planning Specialist regarding any missing stock vs. orders
• Communication with Global Material Team for material maintenance;


• At least 1 + years of job experience in the order desk platform/sales administration/planning
• College or University degree
• Good MS office knowledge (Excel)
• SAP SD experience highly desirable
• EDI experience would be a plus
• Proactive, flexible, precise, attention to details
• English – at least Intermediate
