Keep reading if you are looking for a challenging development opportunity

A typical day...
You work closely with colleagues at the Group factories, logistics, and sales as the liaison who ensures the right flow of goods at the right time to meet our customers’ needs. You are responsible for running the forecasting system by daily analysis of sales and supply, keeping track of shipment arrivals, handling logistics issues and staying in close contact with the factory demand planners. You keep the sales desk team updated in case of product delays or backorders on a daily basis.

…with lots of contacts
You meet with Key Account Managers regarding sales actions weekly. You have customer contact regarding direct deliveries and maintenance of the material master to ensure that materials and ranges are linked to relevant customers. Moreover, you arrange slot times for unloading at customer warehouses and take the actions needed to invoice direct deliveries. Following up on results and forecasts with the controlling team is also part of the job.
Your qualifications
You have potential to grow and have the drive to do it – and you are open to new opportunities. We prefer that you have experience in planning or logistics, that you know SAP and master Excel. If you have a degree in Business or Economics, preferably within Supply Chain Management or Finance it would be great. You must be fluent in Danish and in our company language, English.

You have an eye for detail, are capable of having much on your plate and always follow up. You have charisma and bring forward your ideas for improvements.

Your team
You will be part of a Nordic Planning team, but your base is in Denmark where you and your manager make up the local planning team.

Upload your CV and application in English latest May12th, 2018.

We look forward to hearing from you!
