We want to take care of our Consumers also after they have purchased our products by promoting our accessories, consumables and services. Therefore, for our office in Luton, we are currently looking for an entrepreneurial, growth-driven and outward (consumer and market) focused person with concrete sales, key account and business development experience.
A typical day at work
As a Direct to Consumer Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the development and growth of profitable aftermarket business by understanding our Consumers’ needs and keeping on building relationships on trust and reliability. You will shape the aftermarket strategy of both food service and laundry product range.
Your daily activities will contain:
•Accelerate the development and growth of profitable aftermarket business in Web-shops.
•Utilise key channels to increase sales and profit of Electrolux group Aftermarket products and Services
namely via the Call Centre and our third party service supplier.
•Develop new consumer propositions based on identification of best consumer feedback mechanisms.
•Analyse performance of sales and potential new sales activities accordingly in co-operation with your Ownership Solutions colleagues.
•Monitor Net Promoter Scores and identify the pinch points that require focus/refinement to ensure we deliver class leading service and support.
•Work with the team to develop and co-create new channels to market.
•Build detailed business plans for existing and new products including sales and profit objectives, route to market, marketing investment and support, etc.
•Plan sales and promotion activities, together with the marketing team and European Aftermarket Business Segments.
•Implement price strategies across the different Aftermarket Product and Services areas in line with European Business Segments and European Pricing Manager

Education & experience
•You have an academical background in business, marketing or economics.
•Experience in selling via a major organisation to consumers via direct channels to market including all social media platforms.
•You have a proven track record in new business development and establishing and growing new businesses within the context of a large organisation.
