ELECTRONIC ENGINEER 

We are looking for a skilled electronic engineer who would join a fast-paced, dynamic product care team in Siewierz. You would be working on most innovative dryers, cooperate with our colleagues in Italy as well as drive the change together with purchasing, quality, and production teams.

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

• Electronics parts introduction into production - hardware, software check
• Work on cost reduction, complexity reduction and on quality projects related to electronics
• Analysis of technical solutions/problems with suppliers, factory, and other involved functions
• Communicate with the other teams in the Platform to find common solutions
• Understand and evaluate the safety and environmental impacts
• Use robust design tools (FMEA, product map, safety audit, project planning)
• Assistance in electronic part approval - factory trials management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


• MA degree in Electronics or any related field.
• Good electronics knowledge (ideally min. 2-3 years of experience in working with electronics)
• Able to use measurement devices (e.g. oscilloscope)
• English – communicative in writing
• Polish - fluent is considered mandatory for this role
• IT literate, Excel, MS Office

The following will be considered as a plus:

• Able to deliver project activities in a matrix and global organization (prior experience in an international organization would be an asset)
• Italian – communicative level
• Experience in Product Development or in Industrial Engineering in home appliances or similar business areas
• Experience in manufacturing processes (printed circuit boards assembly production)
