EMS Change Agent

Lead LEAN methods and tools in Refrigerator and Chestfreezer Factory to be safer, cleaner, more organized and effective in manufacturing and connected areas (material flow, quality, production, people) and in office side.

Jászberény, Hungary

• Support the implementation of LEAN methods and tools throughout the factory
• Train and support all factory employees (both white and blue collars) as well as managers in using LEAN tools and encourage the implementation of best practices
• Create documentation on the best practices of the factory and make them public
• Support team members in acquiring LEAN certificates by training for LEAN methods and tools 
• Analyse and assess the manufacturing processes, make corrective actions
• Give proposals for changing KPI's, if required
• Participate in monthly updating of the Business Plan Deployment
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the productivity
• Make proposals for cost reduction by analysing the costs of the production 
• Support and take active part in preparation for the LEAN assessment of the factory
• Create yearly LEAN action plan (dashboard)
• Report activities, actions, results to Global Operations Management
• Lead improvement projects by involving the relevant departments and supporting implementation

Minimum Qualification

• College or university degree in engineering (technical graduation)
• At least 2 year experience in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of 5S, LEAN and Kaizen principles
• Project management experience (proven track record of being part of improvement projects)
• Is in practice in knowledge transfer, in training and in coaching others

• Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and in team
• Proven track record of cross collaborating in manufacturing environment
• Good communication and presentation skills (communicates at all levels effectively)
• Stress tolerance
