Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

  • compliance with EHS legal requirements and Electrolux policies
  • assessment of Health & Safety and Environment risks and development of actions to eliminate/reduce them
  • deep investigation of incidents root-cause (incl. near missed, first-aid ones) and definition of preventive actions
  • issue/update and respect of EHS procedures
  • implementation and maintenance of STOP Program; planning and execution of yearly audits

You will:

  • define rules and solutions, look for new equipment and digital opportunities to improve safety conditions and reduce environmental impact of logistics operations
  • coordinate “For the Better” program (energy consumption and carbon emissions reduction) and manage other sector environmental initiatives, such as “Zero Landfill” program
  • track EHS KPIs and manage reporting
  • support EHS training of local teams
  • join EHS central team Logistics EMEA and contribute to its growth and to develop common standards and procedures
  • liaise Central EHS team/Functional manager with Local team/Line manage

Minimum Qualification

  • University Degree in Environment / Occupational Health and Safety
  • Minimum 2 (preferably 3-6) years of experience in the area of safety & environment and 2 years in supervisory level (in manufacturing or logistics companies)


  • Knowledge of Health&Safety&Environment local laws and regulations
  • Experience in BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001 systems management
  • Experience in application of Behaviour-based Safety approach
  • Project management skills
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • Basic knowledge of lean methodology
  • Very good communication and ability to build relationship
