Field Sales, Laundry System, Professional Japan

This role is responsible for sales and related activities for the current and potential customers of Coin Laundry market and OPL (On-Premises-Laundry) facilities, such as nursing homes, hospitals and hotels and commercial laundry facilities.

This includes customer relations, development of new customers, monitoring sales
and profitability and maintaining relations with internal engineering service
staff.

Key Operational Responsibilities
  
  -Develop Coin Laundry and OPL business opportunities with both existing and potential
customers in conformity with principal business plans of Laundry Systems Division of the company.
 -Maintain close relationships with key customers, ensuring their requirements are being met.
 -Identify and appraise customer needs and advise upon application of Laundry products and services.
 -Propose OPL business using our products, prepare and submit quotations, proposals and tenders; then to follow up all OPL business opportunities.
 -Offer assistance and support when customers experience problems, ensuring that complaints are followed up in timely manner and that satisfactory solutions are implemented.
 -Report on prospecting, customer calls, product  requirements and provide
regular progress reports on performance.
 -Monitor and report market trends, competitors' activities and products and users attitudes and needs
 -Make sure action is taken to keep complying with legal and ethical requirements.

   
  



 

Minimum Qualification

Education : BS/BA degree

Technical Skills :
Basic knowledge of a business operation package of investment, finance and machines which are applicable to the proposal, so that customers would accept new products or to replace current products.
Japanese Language:  Native or equivalent

Preferred Career Experience :
 -Minimum 5 years of working experience as sales representative

Willingness to adapt to changing needs of the business
Team  player

Good sense to make a flexible or new proposal according to customers attitudes
Prioritize workload on a continuous basis, and review priorities in order that both urgent and important tasks are accomplished
