Global Mobility & Total Rewards Specialist

The role:

As Global Mobility & Total Rewards Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with HR and other functions to provide guidance, compensation packages, and cost estimates to facilitate the management of the company’s mobile workforce. The role will also be part of building a holistic delivery of Total Rewards Services connecting, mobility, compensation & benefits and support our global sectors with Total Rewards expertise.
You will work closely both with the Global Mobility resources, providing guidance and support, as well as with colleagues in the global and regional Total Rewards teams. You are based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to our Head of Global Mobility.

Typical day at work

• Provide specialist expertise to resolve complex issues or queries in a timely manner to both assignees and the business.
• Deliver compensation packages and support the annual salary review process for assignees
• Be a key player in the implementation of mobility projects 
• Cooperate with shared service colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure process standards and policies are being consistently implemented. 
• Support the creation and maintenance of Mobility policies, tools, and communication and training materials.
• Cooperation with external vendors, evaluating the quality of delivery of their services on an ongoing basis.

Total Rewards
• Analyse & compare existing reward programmes across sectors and regions, understand the impact & cost-effectiveness.
• Cooperate with regional total rewards and Country HR Managers on improvement and global alignment.
• Monitor market trends, evaluate external competitiveness related to rewards and make recommendations
• Support and provide consultation in Job Architecture related tasks, such as mapping, evaluation, and facilitation

Education and experience

• University degree
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience of Global Mobility and/or Compensation and benefits, preferably within a corporate environment:  eg cross-border-contracts, expatriate management, compensation & benefits, good understanding of taxation and immigration, policies and practices related to international mobility
• Experience in job grading systems and market data analysis and interpretation (Mercer, Hay, Towers Watson)

IT competencies:
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of AssignmentPro and SAP HR would be an asset

• Excellent English
