• Leading European Supply Planning team (both: managers and planners) to grow, boosting their talents and process ownership as well as inspire, challenge them and drive for exceptional performance
• Guide, coach and develop leadership skills in Managerial team
• Inspire and drive continuous improvement, including process re-engineering, cost reduction, and service quality improvement
• Be a key member of our senior Supply Chain Management team, representing supply planning and developing the long-term strategic direction in line with the general Supply Chain strategy.
• Sharing knowledge, best practice and engaging in projects with other parts of our Supply Chain organization, as well as within Sales companies.
• Building and strengthening relationships with our key stakeholders in Sales and other partners, e.g. in Production, Purchasing, Transport.
• Developing and driving appropriate reporting and KPIs to support and measure achievement of business objectives.


• University Degree in Business Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Production Management   
• 10+ years working experience in Supply Chain Planning/Sales & Operations Planning/Logistics/ Demand Planning/Customer Service/IT or other commercial functions 
• 5+ years of experience leading different teams
• Good conceptual knowledge of Supply Chain, Production, Material and Inventory Planning
• Strong skills in ERP (SAP) systems & Microsoft Office
• Fluent English and Polish is required 
Other European language will be an additional asset
