HR Administration Specialist 

HR Administration Specialist is part of the Employee Services Team and is responsible for the administration, support and advisory to Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners on administration and another HR process.

A regular day at work:

• As HR Administration Specialist you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing an accurate and associated human resource service to managers and staff.
• You will administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, addendums and other documents.
• You will ensure that the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
• You will also produce regular reports (e.g. workforce, attrition) and additional ad hoc reports and analysis.

Education & experience:

• min. 1-year experience in HR processes,
• Practical knowledge of Polish Labor Law,
• Good knowledge of English (B2),
• Customer service experience in an international environment would be an asset,
• Ability to work with confidential information,
• University degree.
