HR Business Partner (7 month Local contract)

We are seeking a ‘hands on’ HR Business Partner for a 7 month fixed term local contract, maternity cover role, based in our Mascot head office.
As a HRBP at Electrolux you will partner with our Sales, Marketing and Product teams and translate business needs into human resources initiatives that are focused on delivering increased business results and competitive advance for Electrolux, our employees and our shareholders.

Reporting to the Director of HR & Organisational Development, you will work across the Australia and New Zealand business being responsible for:
• Partnering with the business to develop targeted program solutions.
• Providing high-level strategic and operational advice to key stakeholders.
• Implementing HR initiatives within the business aligned with local/regional strategic objectives.
• Coaching, supporting and educating stakeholders in dealing with complex HR issues.
• Managing change initiatives across broad and diverse employee groups.
• Building people and leadership capability.
• Managing the ANZ Talent Management process.
• Supporting organisational development and learning initiatives.
Working as part of a broader HR team, this role is also supported by a local HR Services team.

Minimum Qualification

To be successful in this role, you will need to hit the ground running, be able to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and possess a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
You will also possess:
• At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, organisation, together with broader HR experience.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree qualification in HR or business discipline.
• Previous HR experience supporting Sales and Marketing functions is essential.
• Experience in Learning & Development would be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, including influencing and consulting to a broad range of people.
• Solid exposure & expertise in ER including case management and performance management
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
