Industrial Relations Manager (m/w/d), 
Rothenburg o. d. Tauber or Nürnberg


You ensure that all HR activities across our business units in Germany are aligned and carried out in a common way and according to Electrolux Group HR Policies and processes with compliance to German labor law and regulations. You advice our leadership, participate in trade union negotiations and set the legal HR framework for the better of our employees and business.

A regular day at work
You are responsible for our country wide collective agreements and align closely with local HR leaders in our different business units. You coordinate and build the legal grounds for all Group HR initiatives and ensure also support for HR leaders located outside of Germany. You keep an eye on all relevant legislative developments in Germany and ensure that our policies and documents comply with any changes in the law and in collective agreements. You constantly align our policies up to local legal standards and identify opportunities for improvements, e.g. with regards to company car policy, pension and benefits etc. Your goal is a country based approach for all policies, processes and benefits across all business units. In case of critical situations you coordinate communication and action plans. You advice our leadership team and HRBPs on all related matters.

Education & experience

• University degree in law with specialization in German labor law (Volljurist/in or Dipl.-Jurist with major in labor law) 
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an international, Matrix and trade union organized industry enterprise (IG Metall/Elektro preferred)
• Fluent in German and English, both in speaking and writing with strong presentation skills in both languages
