Reporting to the Sales Manager You will be responsible for the sales, profit and market share for the main decentralized Accounts in Madrid area within HOME CARE & Small Domestic Appliances sector.

• Achieve both Sales and Profit targets established in the Budget.
• Manage all the key points between Electrolux Group and the Accounts within the area assigned.
• Implement the national agreements negotiated by the Sales Manager to ensure Sell-In Share
• Manage Electrical Retail (ER) Channel (decentralized Accounts)
• Visit Accounts on a regular basis in order to develop strong partnership relations.
• Continuous range analysis in order to optimize business opportunities.
• Monitor, report and analyze competitor’s sales structure and activities.
• Checking our merchandising to ensure the presence of our products in the stores.
• Stock and sales forecasting support.
• Plan promotional activities in the Accounts together with Trade marketing.
• Support and train all Shop Floor Assistants.
• Follow up product deliveries and quality after-sales service.
• Take care of financial issues along with Major Appliances team.

• University degree (preferential)
• 1 year of working experience, ideally in Consumable durables or FMCG 
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must).
• Native Spanish, upper-intermediate English. 
• Resilience and strong sales/negotiation techniques
• Strong presentation/communication skills
• Driver’s license and availability to travel
