Junior Digital Care Analyst EMEA, Krakow

A regular day at work:

• Assisting with business case
• Planning and monitoring
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across EMEA
• Requirements analysis
• Analyzing and act upon Social Media input/data for all EMEA region
• Overseeing deployment of Digital Care EMEA
• Support for EMEA Community Managers
• Cross-Communication to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
• Continuously improvements and assessment for ease of process 

Who you are:

• Analytical - With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Collaborative - You ask and you listen, you take ideas on board and you drive things forward. You can easily work in a multicultural environment.
• Project management skilled - With a number of projects running simultaneously, flexibility and agility are essential.
• Social Media interested - You understand Social Media and the need for an organization to be close to its customers on all channels.

Education & experience:

• University degree in Marketing or Economics (BSc or MSc)
• Fluency in English as the main language of communication (written and spoken)
• Project Management experience would be an advantage
• Social media listening experience would be an advantage
