 Development and execution of annual sales plans and implementation of business strategies

 Driving both sales and profit growth with the selected Narta members.  Activities include:
 Develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies for the Narta key accounts in line with Narta total budgets 
 Execution of product core range program within selected Narta members
 Execution of product merchandising standards
 Development and management of product deal programs for the Narta members with consideration of national programs set at Narta level
 Planning and execution Retailer floor staff alignment programs including both training and motivation
 Execution of product management standards within Narta members 
 Review customer key strategies, Narta sales strategies and member engagement to generate suggestions to ensure EHP are prepared for anticipated customer requirements Communication with both customers and EHP field sales staff.  Activities include:
 Development and communication of monthly activities for the EHP field sales team
 Clear and timely communication to customers at all organisational levels, of EHP sales generation activities, and customer performance against targets
 Active face to face management of key buyers and management within each of the Narta Key Accounts Analysis and administrative tasks. These tasks include:
 Administration of pricing input
 Administration and reconciliation of customer incentive payments
 Management and reconciliation of accruals where required for each key account
 Analysis of available data, including internal sales data, retailer sell through data as well as field intelligence to identify business performance issues and opportunities Selected Narta members within QLD and NSW 

A typical day at work

The management and development of the EHP business with selected Narta key accounts within QLD & NSW. This includes:  Development and execution of annual sales plans and implementation of business strategies, tactics and tools provided in the context of the overall corporate and Narta annual business plans  Creation of value adding relationships that deliver strategic competitive advantage to EHP  Achievement of financial targets including financial sales and profitability for selected Narta members  Achievement of market share objectives

Minimum Qualification

Technical skills:
  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
 GFK/Market Track, JDE and Cognos knowledge preferred
 Whitegoods, brown goods, small consumer durables or FMCG experience.
 Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Marketing or the equivalent workplace experience highly regarded
