Influence development of new hydraulics structures within Global R&D

As a Laboratory Hydraulic Engineer (Junior) for the Fabric Care and Dish, you will take part in the development of new products at a global level for the R&D department. 

A typical day at work:
You approach your responsibilities proactively and innovatively, with practical sense and operative attitude and aim to define the development of new hydraulics structures in product validation ensuring the functionality of these modules. You act in accordance with project requirements, internal test procedures and international standard using DOE and 6 Sigma approach along development stages. 

Your focus will be to: 
• Execute testing and developing Test Manuals for each test procedures in accordance with products specification
• Use properly laboratory equipment, data acquisitions system, testing procedures and evaluations of results
• Prepare and release relevant test reports and feedback the test results and preliminary analysis with a constructive approach to other departments
• Provide improvement and innovation proposals

Education & experience:
• Mechanical / Hydraulic / Energetic  Engineering University degree (3-5 years)
• Experience in a similar position will be an asset
• DOE design of experiment knowledge and 6-sigma
• Understanding of Thermodynamics/Fluid dynamics/Mechanics/Noise/Vibrations
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment, data acquisitions system, testing procedures and evaluations of results

Languages: 
• English is mandatory for this role
• Italian would be an asset
