ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and care for control plan in technology and assembly area
  • Plan, coordinate and check the progress of activities within control process team in corelation to SCR, NRFT, Scrap KPI-s
  • Search, test and coordinate implementation of new machines responsible for advanced quality check and automatic SPC
  • Coordinate quality improvements in product and process related to quality aspects within cross functional teams (R&D,PC,ENG,Maintenance etc.)
  •  Take care for external quality requiremens (Ikea, John Lewis, Howdens and other private labels) and represent factory during audits
  • Initiate quality improvements in the process and run projects in PDCA cycle
  • Plan / coordinate / verify lab audits
  • Develop lab quality team respecting qualification needs and motivate to efficient working
  • Homologation of new products implemented into production
  • Functional and bill of material checks  
  • Reliability tests for Ovens and freestanding cookers
  • Energy consumption tests for ovens and hobs (gas, electric)
  • Transport tests execution for new projects
  • Creation & optimalization of test plans/ procedures for reliability, energy consumption, functional tests for ovens and freestanding cookers
  • Co- operation with other Quality and RnD laboratories for test methodology and procedures alignment
  • Analysis of safety accidents on the market from AIR database
  • Taking part in new platform projects from quality side
  • Root cause analysis on problems detected
  • Support Product Care, Purchasing & RnD with test of cost reduction, quality improvement and new projects
  • Create improvement proposals and corrective actions for SCR reduction & reliability issues

Minimum Qualification

  • Technical University Degree would be beneficial with 2- 5 years of experience of work in manufacturing company
  • Computer skills: Excel, Data Bases, Power Point, Word,
  • ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements knowledge
  • Practical experiences with key quality and EMS tools like , FMEA, SPC, 7 Steps Improvement, 5s,Ishi Kava, 5Y etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Analytic thinking and will to find root causes and way of solving the problem
  • Good team player / well organized / structurized way of working /
  • Technical know how (drawing analysis, prod. specyfication, component spec.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively and to network with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work under stress pressure
  • Focused on numbers and KPI achievement (WC,SCR,BS,NPS,Accident rate)
  • Open for innovation and new testing methodology
  • Strong focus on Electrolux standards, procedures, and national law requirements

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

  • Polish and English is a must
