Lean Engineer Specialist

You will measure, evaluate and develop production processes. As part of the Engineering team, you will be asked to guarantee a smooth operation of manufacturing processes and to take care of their improvement, efficiency, and optimization.

A Typical day at work: 
• Measure and assign time norms to production scopes
• Line balancing
• Observe and monitor technical modifications on a daily basis
• Measure and evaluate machines and production equipment, weigh up capacity development
• Participation in product development
• DL costs definition 
• Working place Layout and Design

• Ability to work independently and in a team, evaluating priorities and timing
• Good communication skills are effective in maintaining contacts widely
• Analytical approach and skills as well as improvement-oriented thinking
• Change attitude
• Problem Analysis and solving
• Result orientation
• Time & methods knowledge or experience

Minimum requirements:
• High-school diploma or University degree in engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in production or engineering
• Experience at working on the assembly line is of advantage
• Knowledge in Leaning manufacturing and Kaizen principles
• Knowledge in Ergonomics and OCRA methodology
• Project management experience
• English 
• Computer literacy: MS Office, layout planning (CAD)
