Manufacturing Engineering Project Leader – Cerreto D’Esi, Italy. 

Due to the dynamic growth of our organization, we are looking for a blend of technical mind and efficient communicator who has an ambition to join a truly international team and make a global impact working on best in class manufacturing engineering. Drive or participate in assigned Manufacturing Engineering projects and new Product Industrialization projects in Food Preparation EMEA.


You will: 
• Drive industrialization of New Products according to Electrolux procedures. Interface with R&D, Quality and Plants for manufacturability analysis.
• Define and follow up the Project Industrialization plan with timing and investments.
• Drive specific Manufacturing Engineering projects.
• Preparation of technical specifications for equipment, including safety, environmental and energy saving requirements, according to Global Manufacturing Engineering guidelines.
• Supervise equipment installation in cooperation with Plant Manufacturing Engineering.
• Analyze production capacity, shape manufacturing set-up according to strategy.
• Perform feasibility studies on new plants set-up.
• Rationalize plant layout.
• Support efficiency and improvement programs, in cooperation with Plant Manufacturing Engineering.

• Characterized by integrity and high professional standards. 
• Ability to influence people who are not direct reports. 
• Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints and changing priorities.
• Continuous Improvement mindset;Six Sigma and Kaizen knowledge would be an asset. 


• Technical University degree.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with household appliances production or design.
• Experience in project management and new product introduction.
• Experience in industrial engineering activities.
• Knowledge of safety rules related to machinery.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
