Drive our Small Appliances consumer centric marketing for the french market, and tell the story of shape living for the better.

During the last years we have changed our brand and product communication approach from feature driven to consumer centric benefit driven, our product innovations and communication all start from the consumer. We are now embarking on an Experience driven product communication approach, and we are looking for a great storyteller to join us in this journey.

You will be part of the Marketing Activation team in EMEA reporting directly to the GM France and functionally to the Marketing Director Home Care & Small Domestic Appliances EMEA.

A dynamic, creative and multicultural team of marketers responsible to create the content for all our Small Domestic Appliances products across our key brands (Electrolux and Tornado). Your stories and plans will lead the consumer experience for the Electrolux brand and strongly contribute to the rest of the EMEA Electrolux markets. You will work in close collaboration with the Product Marketing, Brand, Digital and Retail experience teams across HC&SDA and Major Appliances to ensure the timely and on budget implementation of on brand campaign concepts and assets.

Your role:

The Cluster Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for the overall planning, monitoring and coordination of operational go-to-market activities on- and offline within the Cluster to strengthen the Electrolux Group position and brands with our customers and consumers, with a clear focus on delivering a simply outstanding Branded Consumer Ownership Experience on- and offline in accordance with the EMEA regional and Cluster CMAP (Commercial Marketing Activation Planning).

The function will strongly contribute to the Electrolux marketing communication platform implementation of Wellbeing, Taste and Care and manage 2 supporting functions of Trade Marketing and Digital Marketing.

You will be in charge of a team of 4 people, and will drive the team to fully adhere to the branded marketing communication platform strategies of Wellbeing, Taste and Care.

You will be responsible role in driving the Electrolux brand implementation across HC&SDA EMEA Electrolux countries, and fully align brand implementation and activation with EMEA MA Brand Team and France Cluster MA.

For your cluster, you will fully secure consistent implementation of the European CMAP plans in all touch points; instore, e-commerce, retail online, brand pages, media channels, promotions, category management and point of sales infrastructure instore / online in the Cluster as well as country within Cluster.

As part of your role, you are to align all go-to-market plans with the Cluster GM, Local MAM and Cluster PLMs and KAMs. You also fully secure regional Retail & Shopper insights are shared within Cluster Management Team in order to facilitate decision making and improve consumer experiences instore / online.

Last but not least, you are responsible to ensure that Cluster promotions are carried out in alignment with EMEA Strategy and aligned with the Major Appliances brand strategy: this means 1) Align local promotions with Trade and Brand Guidelines, 2) local ownership for development of short term sell out promotions, 3) ownership of implementation of all launch and promotional activation and 4) create local plans to secure financial targets are achieved 

The profile:

Our ideal profile will haveat least 8 years of work experience in a trade / product marketing function, preferably in Consumer Durables. Experience from FMCG would be a plus, and Sales experience would be a plus.

You will have an understanding of trade dynamics and different sales distribution channels, an understanding of marketing tools and techniques at the point of sale.

To succeed in this role, planning and project management skills will be essential as well as presentation and negotiation skills.

We are looking for a team player with strong inter-personal skills, who can dDrive for Results and is customer Focused.

Fluency in English and French will be essential due the the dual reporting lines.
