Marketing Activation Specialist

As Marketing Activation Specialist you will be responsible - under the supervision of the Marketing manager - for the overall planning, monitoring and coordination of all operational trade marketing activities within Small Appliances in Hungary to strengthen the Electrolux Group position with our customers with a clear focus on delivering a best in class ‘Integrated Shopping Experience’ in the eyes of both the retailer and the consumer. 
What you can expect is an exciting, diverse job, integrated communication in all areas of brand and trade marketing. You will manage your projects from planning, execution till the evaluation phase. You can work with individual responsibility in a supporting team.

• Responsible for promotions, go-to-market plans, category management and point of sales infrastructure and local implementation
• Responsible agreed promotions are carried out:
- Secure in-store execution
- Development and execution of promotions
• Provide product forecast input for promotional activity based on previous learnings and results as well as channel understanding and demands
• Supervise merchandising and in-store promoter activities
• Develop each product category using category management guidelines. Full responsibility for supporting all launches / platforms with appropriate in-store support elements
- Effectively manage the creation and production of sales literature, including leaflets
- Secure excellent in-store execution across Sales Unit
• Responsibility for Product PR and Digital Communications in the Sales Unit
- updating online content including videos and imagery, retailers packs internal and external banners, blogs, social media content for all customer websites and branded websites
- supervising the day to day running and updating of the B2C web shop including promotional activities
• Continually audit and analyse the company’s competitive position to highlight competitor activity and new opportunities to promote growth of Electrolux group
• Work in conjunction with both marketing and account sales managers to create effective customer management

Minimum Qualification

• University degree (with knowledge of marketing)
• At least 3 years of work experience in a trade / product marketing function, preferably in Consumer Durables
• Experience from FMCG would be a plus
• Sales experience would be a plus
• Written and spoken English at professional business English level
• Hungarian as mother tongue

• Understanding of trade dynamics and different sales distribution channels
• Understanding of marketing tools and techniques at the point of sale
• Planning and project management skills
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with drive for Results
• Customer Focused.
• Ability to work and communicate in and with cross functional, multinational and multicultural teams
