JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
     Reporting to General Manager, Electrolux Thailand.  National Project Sales Manager is responsible for managing project sales business for household appliances.  The role will be responsible for the development, planning, system and set up strategies in order to achieve sales growth through project sales and canvassing team.

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: (% of time)
1. Responsible for P&L achievement of Project Sales business unit both Net Sales and EBIT (20%)
2. Recruit, develop and coach Project Sales Team to achieve sales target and performance objectives (15%)
3. Sales planning, target setting, budgeting and controlling (15%)
4. Visit developers/ Buyers/ Designers/ Kitchen Specialist shops and develop database (15%)
5. Finding new projects and identifying opportunities (10%)
6. Supply Chain responsibility to develop future project pipeline and pipeline process (15%)
7. Submit quotation and send to GM for approval with follow up AR collection (5%)
8. Co-ordinate with various functions to gain support for the development of project business (5%)

Key Interfaces:
Internal: GM/Accounting/Product/Marketing/ Service Department/Supply Chain
External:  Developers/Buyers/Designers/Kitchen Specialist shops and suppliers

Minimum Qualification

Qualifications:
- Candidates must have managed a sales operation > $30 m USD
- BA/MBA and at least 10 years’ experience in project sales management and project business
- Good at English communication (reading/ writing/ conversation)
- Computer usage and presentation
