Nordic Marketing Controller to Finance in Stockholm
Full Time

As the Nordic Marketing Controller, you are responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the full Nordic marketing spend. It will be Your recommendations on how the full Nordic marketing plan can be optimized that fuel our vision of building our core brands and getting maximum impact from our investments.

As the Nordic Marketing Controller You will be creating and maintaining a close rapport with the marketing budget for Nordics and follow-up on key marketing metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis; as well perform financial analysis of marketing spend. You will provide insights and recommendations to drive optimization of the marketing budget plan for the Nordic cluster, as well as, acting as the glue and control of agency and internal invoicing, to make sure we have a holistic view of our marketing investments

• You have the holistic perspective and understands how all variables ties together and what results they create
• You like to challenge and be persistent in driving change whilst maintaining control. Seeing the solutions rather than problems and being persistent is the key to Your success
• Conveying complex information in a clear cut way is Your communication trademark and establishing good relations with stakeholders and colleagues comes natural to you
• Understanding the business and quickly getting to the core of what mass of information is relevant and not, is something You do with ease
• University degree in finance or accounting and around 5 years of professional work experience
• SAP knowledge, excel expert and analytical thinker
• Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment,    
• Must be culturally aware and have excellent people skills to succeed in this challenging role
• Must be comfortable analyzing and interpreting complex data and drawing logical conclusions.    
• Very good command of English language          
• Must be able to priorities work appropriately, recognizing the relative importance of tasks in light of conflicting commercial and operational activities
