Office Assistant (Temporary Contract, Bucharest)

• The assistance of General manager and all departments, representing the company in relation to third party suppliers 

Your responsibilities:

• Administration management
• Assistant for the managerial team in all departments, receptionist,  responsible for correspondence
• Assuring protocol and cleaning materials
• Organising agenda for general manager ( hotels, planes ) 

Competencies Needed:

• University studies
• Good PC knowledge
• Dynamic, stress resistance, sociable, responsible
