POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible in cash management, daily cash sales compilation, and to serve customer in
related with parts enquiry / issues.

JOB.DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage payment in cash, cheque & credit card (i.e. receive payment, banking, issue
    CCV (sales report), submission to GSSC & documentation) in daily basis from
    external customers such as dealers, consumers, Authorised Service Contractors
    & others. Daily sales compilation by end of the business day. 
  2. Handle on unindentified payment & raise invoice/ reversal of any of advance payment
    related with part purchase. 
  3. Attend to walk-in customer on part enquiry & purchase. It includes management of
    petty cash that is used in the daily operation of part purchase. 
  4. Involve in sales order processing (pick, pack, invoice & ship).

Who you are

You must have a Diploma or Degree in Warehouse or Logistic. with minimum SPM qualifications. Good verbal and oral communication skills. Have passion in customer service. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Able to work under pressure. Converse well in Bahasa and English and Chinese dialects is desirable

1. Diploma or Degree in Warehouse or Logistic.

2. Minimum with SPM qualifications. 

3. Good verbal and oral communication skills.

4. Show interest in customer service.

5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

7. Able to work under pressure

8. Proficient in MS Office. (Excel & Words)

9. Able to write and converse well in Bahasa and English. Additional language
i.e. Chinese dialects is desirable.
