Payroll Specialist (temporary contract)



• Analysis and control of working hours sheets;
• Accepting and control of the sick leaves, holiday requests, charges payment;
• Payroll accounting for employees (including bonuses), salary fund control;
• Registration and placement of the accounting bookings;
• Calculation and payment of all charges for employee’s firings;
• Preparation of reports in a timely manner;
• Preparation of all necessary documents and certificates on employees’ requests;
• Informational support of all employees’ requests on salary issues;
• Travel charges on employees’ business trips;
• Active participation in closing periods;
• Statistical reporting on the local level;
• Reporting for the Accounting Department, HR Manager, internal control.


• Master degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Experience with payroll accounting;
• Knowledge of Unkrainian Tax, Labour and Social legislation;
• Знання податкового, трудового законодавства та законів про соціальне забезпечення;
• MS Office advanced user;
• Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
