Plant HR Professionals will apply a broad knowledge of HR and hands-on expertise in various functions within HR to deliver world class performance in the back-office functions of HR for the assigned location.


  • Collaborate with local HR shared services functions and team for the assigned location with a strong focus on continuous improvement, employee development and accountability
  • Partner with HR CoE’s, HR Managers and teams to ensure robust processes & programs are in place for world class execution of HR processes
  • Lead development and execution of consistent data management processes and analytics
  • Advocate for change management and responsible for escalation of issues
  • Apply advanced and demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of policies and procedures for the area
  • Utilize best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output
  • Makes recommendations for policy or process improvement for work group
  • Align HR and business strategies with organized and communicated programs and processes to ensure increased customer satisfaction
  • Builds strong relationships with team members and across work areas to improve services and ensure service levels are being met
  • Organize, conduct and facilitate training programs as needed. May assist in developing and managing training content
  • Create and distribute clear and concise internal communication messages that are consistent with the company values and strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Journalism or related discipline preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus


  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, policies and procedures required
  • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes
  • Strong computer skills required, experience in Ultipro & Kronos a plus
  • Experience in internal communications required
  • Experience in creating and delivering training required
  • High customer service orientation with a sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools with a mindset to improve works processes for maximum efficiency
  • Required self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction
