Joining us in the Production Center and working in the exciting space between R&D and the Product Sectors, you’ll analyze every component, product and process to shape and streamline every element. And still be excited about doing it all again tomorrow. But that’s what you thrive on: collaborating with your colleagues to make even the smallest changes have maximum effect from the production line to the kitchen workbench.

You will

• Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products in terms of cost reduction & quality improvement, and provide technical support to the factory on product-related problems.
• Ensure efficient execution of Cost Out and Quality Improvement Plans in the plant, in the frame of CEP initiative and in line to CEP Targets. 
• Define and implement local Direct Material efficiency and Life Cycle Cost action plan.
• Play as the primary interface of R&D towards the factory, being the reference person for Plant Manager and Management Team, participate to Plant Management Team meetings.
• Support project ramp-ups.
• Participate in Platform teams.
• Participate in Project teams.
• Responsible for budget and personnel regarding the assigned team. 
• Responsible for team members’ development.
• Responsible for competence development and allocation:
- Quality
- Costing
- Drawing

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5-year experience in Product Care / Product Development or Manufacturing functions
• Team management experience
• Good knowledge of product & production processes.
• Good knowledge of product cost accounting & reporting.
• Good knowledge of quality tools & reporting.
• Knowledge of cooking processes.
• Proficient in Project Management.
• Fluent in English.
