This role will be responsible for Product range planning and management of new product
launch, as well as involvement in ATL/BTL activities to achieve the business target under agreed business strategy.

Key Operational Responsibilities
(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)

This role will be responsible for product related marketing:

1. Develop product range plan in Floor Care and Small Domestic Appliance

2. Product proposition/positioning strategy

3. Pricing strategy

4. Channel strategy

5. Product launch management

6. Involvement in Communication, Promotional and PR activities

7. Market research related to above items

8. Preparation of printed materials in the product box including instruction manual

9. Management of product-related budget

10. Support product brochure development co-working with Trade marketing team



















Minimum Qualification

Education:  A university graduate
Experience:
Product marketing management in Consumable goods, preferably in multi-national companies
Project management

Skills:
Ability to work in and with cross functional and internationally
Ability to work strategically and operationally
Good project management skill
Analytical skill

Language:
Japanese: Native level or equivalent
English: Fluent (Business)
