POSITION  DESCRIPTION  SUMMARY :
• To drive the product categories (Floor Care) to accelerate the growth profitably

• Product management (launch plan, portfolio and phase out management)
• Marketing support and coordination across countries and regional APAC

 

MAJOR  RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES (100%):
1. Product launch plan, product portfolio and phase out management (50%)  
2. Marketing support preparation and activities    (30%) 
3. Sales compiling, reporting and interpreting    (20%)

 

Key Interfaces :
Internal :
  Main key interfaces are SA Product Manager in each of the sales companies across and the Business Area Manager of SDA in APAC. However, from time to time, interaction towards country’s General Manager, Marketing Manager, and Logistics, Quality are part of the his/her interactions. It is also expected to have some interfaces with sector resources (R&D, Quality, sourcing unit).

External :
  - All related supplier’s contact persons
  - Marcom agency and others related third parties such as GFK, approval authorities

Minimum Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS :
- University graduate with marketing background
- Fluent in both oral and written English, Mandarin will be an advantage.
- 2-3 years as junior or assistant manager experience
- Good MS office skill

- Some product technical understanding
- Salesmanship / human skill in dealing with cross culture/functional counterparts
- Good in presentation
- Analytical and good in data compilation and interpretation
