Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop product generation plan for Thailand that delivers company’s growth objectives and manage commercial launch & leverage plan for each product or initiative.
2. Manage category performance in both top-line growth and profitability to achieve business objectives (Category PNL management)
3. Product Portfolio and new product management (PIPO plan)
4. Category performance and market intelligence reporting
5. Create and update category's promotional plan
6. Work with advertising/media agencies together with PR&C to develop media and execution plan or other marketing execution (i.e. media launch, Print Ad, POP)
7. Ensure product execution in-store is complied with product communication strategy by coordinating with cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualification

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Master degree is preferably
• Experienced more than 3 years in Product or Category Management, preferably from Appliance Business
• Business Analysis & Strategic Thinking
• Good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint , Word)
• Good Command in English  
• Can do Attitude
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and cross-cultural skills
• Results-driven focus
• Initiative, Active, continuously questioning mindset ,
• Data driven analytical skills
• Aggressive in persuit of growth opportunities
• Understanding of overall business/ financial issues
