ROLE – RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNTABILITIE

SPRE-SALES SUPPORT
• To understand site requirements and provide information and advice to contractors (transportation/equipment handling/M&E/installation) and sales team
• Provide support to sales team for site survey with contractor to ensure contractor understands the scope of work at site

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION & EXECUTION
• Execute the projects from the date of receiving the PO till the date of commissioning (interact with client’s project team, external contactors managing project cost, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims,  visit sites for monitoring progress/ compliance)
• Regular site meetings and documentation submission
• Coordinate with technical team for equipment/technical issues
• Handover approved final cost estimation along with relevant drawings & documentation to execution team (coordinate with both internal teams and external contractors)

TESTING & COMMISSIONING
• Check installation against standards - by utilities (like gas pressure, water pressure, water quality)
• Coordinate with technical team for testing & commissioning
• Ensure equipment in 100% working condition (testing & installation  report - detailed utility such as water hardness, gas pressure, electricity and any installation errors to set the warranty - signed by client, dealer and technical manager)
• Prepare compliance statement for consultants

TRAINING
• Ensure proper training and documentation are provided to operators / end-users

Minimum Qualification

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTITUDE
• Technical Knowledge – MEP Drawing, Utilities, Machine Installation Requirements
• It Skills – AutoCAD & Quotation Tools, Internet Technical Search
• Training & Facilitation Skills
