Within Electrolux Major Appliances EMEA we are looking for dedicated Retail and Shopper Marketing Experience Specialist who will take on the responsibility for developing, planning and coordinating marketing initiatives (materials, tools and mechanics) for retail focusing on the strategic platform of Taste (Kitchen). 

The exciting part of the job is that you will provide guidelines for digital and traditional POS material and artwork for go-to-market activities, with a clear focus on strengthening the position of the AEG and Electrolux brands with the customers and retailers. 

This is a full-time permanent role based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm/Stadshagen where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office! 

A regular day at work
• Be a key contributor towards the ambition to deliver a great shopper experience in accordance with the Electrolux Strategic Communication Platform for Taste (Kitchen) 
• Project management and coordination of the creative development process from defined creative concept to master artwork of POS campaign material for European strategic initiatives for the brands AEG and Electrolux 
• Drive timely delivery of Shopper campaigns material to clusters in EMEA 
• Working closely with Shopper Marketing agencies (briefing, project management and coordination, follow up on results) in developing guidelines/ toolkits/ assets
• Together with multiple stakeholders such as the Consumer Experience Insights team, Content team, Digital Marketing team and Trade Marketing Operations and the larger Retail and Shopper Marketing team develop and implement marketing concepts for retail including following up on set KPIs  
• Support/ direct communication and information flow between the various marketing and sales teams regarding Shopper Experiences

Minimum requirements
• Preferred Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related 
• 3+ years of experience in retail/ shopper/ trade marketing, or other relevant fields  preferably in consumer goods
• Experience in working within international and multicultural teams
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing, additional languages are meritorious
