MISSION:
• Providing leadership to a given team
• Ensuring that performance targets are met
• Driving process improvement initiatives - spotting improvement opportunities and resolving recurring performance problems 
• Facilitate meetings using appropriate brainstorming, problem-solving, decision making, and project planning techniques
• Delegate team tasks as needed 
• Facilitate ongoing self-evaluation of the team’s effectiveness
• Manage team conflicts so that problems are resolved constructively

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing visible leadership to KU team
• Defining KU team goals/targets together with Service Delivery Manager and based on input from Process Managers
• Monitoring and managing performance of KU activities, ensuring operational plans/targets and business objectives are met and that team resources are allocated effectively
• Coaching and supporting KU team members in achieving the development and career goals 
• Resolution of problems and complex client questions together with KU Coordinators
• Collaborate with Process Managers and Team Leaders to align daily tasks and deliver required support
• Organise training and workshops as required
• Actively undertaking activities to increase own competency portfolio
• Ensuring that appropriate processes, controls, policies, and procedures are in place and comply with Electrolux standards
• Collaborate and align with the business, also in the area of relationship management

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance and accounting processes
• Very good MS Office, SAP knowledge
• Experience in project and change management 
• KU experience would be an asset
• TL experience would be an asset
• Transition experience or SAP implementation experience would be an asset
• Full time dedicated
