Senior Consumer Marketing Executive

In our Luton office a need has been identified for a Senior Consumer Marketing Executive to help develop, manage and execute outstanding consumer marketing and campaign activity in the UK market for AEG, Zanussi and Electrolux brands.

A typical day at work

Together with the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategy, creating strong marketing activation plans and ensure control over how our brands are represented. You will be a creative person who will daily bring initiative and enthusiasm to the team and will help them in keeping on building strong relationships with other internal and external stakeholders.

Your daily activities will contain:

•To help implement strategic brand marketing plans (local iMAP) for AEG and Zanussi and deliver activations to ensure sales and gross margin targets are met for channels and product groups as defined in the UK budget.

•To oversee the planning of and manage delivery of both large and small consumer facing events.

•To identify new partnership opportunities in line with overall brand strategy and assist the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager with all current Electrolux Group UK strategic partnerships (including P&G, Reciktt Benckiser, Woolmark, Quietmark etc) to create mutually beneficial activation plans, aligned with central and local strategy.

•To assist the Senior Consumer Marketing manager in identifying, planning and implementing big brand activation projects with a view to gain consumer mind and pocket share

•To work closely with external agencies; help manage the development of a strong PR platform with our appointed PR agency, steer a strong press office and implement effective brand building campaigns.

•To develop cross-functional working practices within the UK cluster that facilitate more efficient & effective working practices

- Minimum 2-3 years of Marketing or PR experience
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently 
- Good organization and planning skills
