Spare Parts Planner

We are currently searching for a Spare Parts Planner. In this role you will be responsible for spare parts dispatch coordination to Central warehouses and will cooperate with internal stakeholders like Assembly, Sub assembly, Production Scheduling and Material Warehouse. In addition, you will verify the system modification sent by R&D department, keep requested inventory levels and minimize back orders.

Your focus will be:

• Daily verification of inventory, back order status for spare parts
• Allocation planning between Spare Parts warehouses and new order release
• Weekly dispatch preparation to Spare Parts centers
• Phase out component tracing, securement of last batch dispatch before change of responsibility from local to central Spare Planning

Education & experience:

Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related 
• Experience in a similar role would be a plus
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of system REX, COPIX and TDS would be a plus
• Positive approach toward new challenges
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Fluent English and Polish
