For our business sector Major Appliances EMEA, we are now searching for the Senior Vice President HR to lead and develop the talent strategy of the business sector.

The role

As SVP HR for Major Appliances EMEA, you thrive on developing great talent and pushing the organization to grow to meet future challenges.  

As Head of HR of Major Appliances EMEA, you will provide strategic leadership and expertise to the people aspects of the business plan. You work proactively to develop the Organizational Development & Structure and are responsible for HR Delivery to the business including HR Services and Electrolux EMEA Talent Acquisition organization. You are also an integral player in influencing Electrolux’s global HR agenda, to align projects and activities in the business sector across the region.

You will be a member of both Electrolux Major Appliances EMEA Sector Management team and the Global HR Executive team of Electrolux SVP HR.

• Engage with the business issues and challenges to provide specific initiatives and solutions to drive the business forward
• Work in partnership with the management teams to truly understand key performance issues, objectives, and drivers 
• Play an active role in being a strong ‘leg’ of the communication triangle that drives engagement around various culture change initiatives (for example ForTheBetter, Consumer Centric Model, Continuous Improvement, Lead vs Manage, Agile, etc)

Education & experience (minimum qualifications)

• A university degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 
• Solid knowledge and practice of HR management, including leadership and organizational development.
• Minimum 15 years experience of successfully driving results in HR, largely as a business partner in an international environment
• Fluency in English with additional languages being considered a plus
